The idea for GATHER didn’t come all at once—it arrived in whispers. In the quiet moments between clients. In the ache of my back and the weight in my chest after long days of pouring into others while leaving little for myself. In the after-hours conversations where masks came off and truth poured out—about burnout, fear, ambition, and the longing for something more.

I created GATHER because I needed it, too.

I needed a space where we, as stylists, didn’t have to perform or prove ourselves. A space where we could just be—creative, curious, complex, and cared for. I knew I wasn’t alone in that need.

GATHER was born from that space in between—between beauty and burnout, between where we are and where we dream to be. It’s a retreat, yes. But it’s also a recalibration. A soft landing and a launchpad. A place to remember that we are not just service providers—we are artists, entrepreneurs, visionaries, and whole human beings.

We don’t focus on technical skills at GATHER—there are already plenty of spaces for that. Instead, we explore what’s hair-adjacent: the parts of our lives and businesses that matter deeply but often go overlooked. We talk about the things that nourish not just our craft, but our capacity to thrive.

The education is relevant, but it’s different. It’s personal. Expansive. Designed to meet you where you are and help you grow in ways you didn’t know you needed.

And it’s small on purpose. Real connection takes space. Vulnerability needs safety. The most transformative conversations happen in circles, not crowds.

Why does GATHER matter? Too many of us are running on empty. The industry teaches us how to grind, but not how to grow with grace. We deserve more than burnout—we deserve community, clarity, and care.
